Signage & wayfinding
concept for Phoenix Hub - winner of 5-star award for 'best commercial high-rise architecture in india'
The 910,000m2 Phoenix BHUB office development, which is being constructed using composite structure technology, has been designed to meet the needs of IT and digital technology companies looking to have a base in the rapidly developing financial districts in Hyderabad.
At 30 floors in height, the towers will form part of the tallest office development in this emerging part of the city, with the high-specification office spaces complemented by extensive soft-landscaped areas with spaces for cafés, restaurants, a gym a health club and a spa. The mix of amenities will ensure that the BHUB complex will be a workplace community of the future.
A dynamic signage and wayfinding system was developed, inspired by the distinctive Phoenix brand mark. The design concept cleverly utilised the logo’s curved elements as a unifying theme across all wayfinding materials.
The result is a visually striking and highly functional system, featuring illuminated façade graphics along with both external and internal wayfinding components. From large-scale signage at the building entrances to detailed directional cues inside, every element was carefully crafted to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for visitors—while reinforcing the strong visual identity of the Phoenix brand.
