EXPO Business Park is a new office-led development to the north-west of Bucharest, close to the Romexpo Centre. Alongside the design for the scheme, Chapman Taylor also created a brand identity for the development which will be used across the site, on signage, marketing material, stationery and a website for the business park. The concept for the new brand identity is based on creating a visual connection between the words that make up the name of the development.

This link is designed to reflect the connections between the three self-contained office buildings which make up the scheme, creating one community. The logo also represents the connection between public and private spaces through attractive landscaping, connections between the business park and the rest of the city through nearby public transportation facilities, and connections between the high-quality offices and the rest of the world through provision of the latest digital technology.

The resulting design creates a strong visual identity for EXPO Business Park, with bold, clean lines and a rich colour palette of red and bronze. As well as developing the concept, Chapman Taylor graphics team provided a full suite of artwork for the identity, colour specifications and guidelines for use. The project is currently under construction, and the identity will be rolled out across the site in summer 2019 when the project is due for completion.
