A concept design report for a luxury, mixed-use resort on the Libyan coast. The new beach resort covers an extensive area and features a number of different uses, including retail, leisure and residential.
The luxury nature of the resort is reflected in the high production values of the brochure, which is case-bound and features embossing and metallic foil on the cover, surrounded by a stylised pattern which is highlighted with a spot varnish.
